What is the cost to rent?

We offer full and half day rentals. The full day rate is $900 and the half day rate is $500. Evening and weekend rentals may be available and will be quoted separately. 

Is outside food, alcohol, smoking or loud music permitted?

Outside food/catering is allowed at Leaders Loft. We can provide you a list of several great restaurants who can provide lunch or help with your catering needs. Alcohol, smoking and loud music are not permitted.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, guests who cancel their booking 30 days before the event start time will receive a full refund. Guests who cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable.

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Leaders Loft is available to rent between 8 AM to 5 PM. Other times (e.g.-evening events) are available by special request.
